How we use them
- Strictly necessary. These keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. They are always on.
- Analytics. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages they use. We do not use it for advertising. If you are in California or Florida, analytics stays off until you accept it in the cookie banner. Everywhere else it is on by default, and you can switch it off at any time.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn analytics off, wherever you are.

Third-party embeds and links
Our application and inquiry pages embed forms from Typeform, which may set its own cookies when the form loads. Meetup RSVPs open on Luma, and our social links open Instagram and other platforms. Those sites follow their own cookie and privacy policies.
Managing your choices
You can change your choice at any time, here or from Cookie settings in the site footer. Turning analytics off also removes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working, and the banner will ask again.
Changes to this policy
When we change the cookies we use we will update this page and its date. If the change affects your choice, the banner will ask you again.
